Cupping Notes
The smart City Espresso blend greets you with a dense, sweet aroma with an underlying dryness. It’s very slightly acidic and soothing on the palate. The dark heavy body warms with a short-lived texture. Your senses are assailed by a herby sweetness with a slight yet pleasant bittersweet feel. As flavours flood through, they are savoury, with notes of red gum and dark chocolate mingling with hints of black pepper. The aftertaste is wonderfully warming and smoky.
