Triple Mocha Shake

  • 3 heaped tablespoons of chocolate ice cream
  • 2 tablespoons of 5 Senses Drinking Chocolate
  • 270ml milk
  • 30ml shot 5 Senses coffee
  • Squeeze of chocolate sauce

Using a blender mix together the ice cream, drinking chocolate and coffee. Squeeze the chocolate sauce up the insides of a tall glass. Pour in the Mocha mix and top with a scoop of vanilla or more chocolate ice cream. Enjoy!

Latte Frappe

  • 2 shots cold espresso
  • 30mls Hazelnut Syrup
  • 15mls Vanilla Syrup
  • ½ cup milk
  • cup ice

Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend at highest speed for one minute. Pour into a tall glass top with whipped cream and add a straw.

Ouzo Frappe

  • 60mls ouzo
  • 30mls Tia Maria
  • 1 shot cold espresso
  • 30mls milk or cream
  • cup of ice

Combine the ouzo, Tia Maria, espresso, milk and ice into a blender and blend at highest speed for 1 minute. Pour into a tall glass. Garnish with brown sugar and a cinnamon stick.

Serves 2.
